1. Delivery Terms
Order Confirmation and Preparation Process: Following the confirmation of your payment, your orders are generally prepared and delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the first following business day.
Delivery Time: The arrival time of products delivered to the cargo company varies between 2-5 business days on average, depending on your location and logistical processes.
Delivery Address: Products are sent to the delivery address specified during the order. In the event that you are not present at the address during delivery, the standard procedures of the cargo company will apply.
Shipping Fee: Shipping fees may vary based on your order amount, the size/weight of the products in your cart, and our current campaigns. The relevant shipping cost is clearly presented to you at the payment step.
2. Return and Right of Withdrawal Policy
In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, our customers may return products by exercising their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date they receive their orders, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without showing any justification.
Return Conditions:
Products to be returned must be unused, physically undamaged, with original packaging intact, and in a resalable condition.
Due to the nature of technology and energy products; the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for devices that have been installed, used, or had their protective tapes or security labels removed (unless there is a hardware defect/fault in the product).
It is mandatory to send all copies of the invoice along with the product during the return process. For purchases with a corporate invoice (issued in the name of a company), the institution must issue a “Return Invoice” for the return process.
